• Sales Policy: All sales are final except for quality issues. We will replace any defective product upon return.

Refund Policy

Bomber Jacket Cigar Company is committed to providing our customers with premium quality cigars. We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be issued except in the following cases:

• Quality Issues In the rare instance that you receive a product with a quality issue, we will replace the product upon return. To request a replacement due to a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue to contactus@bomberjacketco.com. Our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis and will determine if a replacement is warranted.

Please note:

• Refunds or exchanges will only be considered once we have received and inspected the photographs and detailed description of the quality issue.

• Shipping costs for returning a product due to a quality issue will be covered by Bomber Jacket Cigar Company.

• We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the photographs and description are insufficient to determine the quality issue or if the product appears to have been tampered with or damaged due to improper storage.

For all other situations:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used cigars, incorrect selections made at checkout, or buyer's remorse.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order before checkout and familiarizing yourself with our products before making a purchase.
